Dr Chad Bennett is a psychiatrist and the clinical director of the Victorian Dual Disability Service (VDDS). He completed his medical training in London and gained an honours degree in psychology.

He trained in psychiatry at St. Georges Hospital, London and was admitted to member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1992 – the same year that he migrated to Australia. He became a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 1997.

He has worked in community psychiatry and in the treatment of first episode psychosis before taking up his current position as Clinical Director to the Victorian Dual Disability Service in 1999.
