She has worked in NDIS, hospital, and community settings, supporting individuals of all ages to build independence, confidence, and improve their overall quality of life.
Drawing on both professional expertise and a personal connection to neurodiversity, Ereena brings empathy, authenticity, and a neuro-affirming approach to her practice.
Ereena has a special interest in assistive technology prescription and minor home modifications, helping individuals access practical solutions that enhance participation and everyday living. Her practice is collaborative, creative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique strengths, goals, and lived experience.
