Irena is a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist with diverse experience across paediatric, adult, and disability sectors. Her professional background includes roles in NDIS, hospital, and community settings, where she has supported individuals of all ages in achieving greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.

With a deep personal connection to neurodiversity, Irena brings empathy, authenticity, and a neuro-affirming approach to her practice. She is especially committed to working alongside autistic and ADHD clients, including those diagnosed later in life, offering practical, strengths-based support that empowers self-understanding and self-advocacy.

Irena’s areas of interest include sensory regulation, executive functioning, assistive technology, and supporting families and individuals to build meaningful routines and environments that work for them. Her approach is creative, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience.

She is passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where clients feel heard, supported, and equipped to pursue their goals with confidence and clarity.
