Mel Mullins brings over 10 years of experience across the disability, community services, and youth sectors, having held roles including Youth Worker, Disability Support Worker, Support Coordinator, Relationship Manager, Team Leader, and Outcomes Lead. She is passionate about empowering individuals to live the life they choose, supporting independence, and creating opportunities for people to achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in their communities.

As the Outcomes Lead for Bendigo, Mel oversees service delivery and works closely with participants, families, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred supports. She focuses on driving participant outcomes, mentoring and developing staff, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving services to deliver the best possible outcomes.
