Molly is an empathetic, warm and compassionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience supporting NDIS participants across the disability sector. She is passionate about delivering person-centred, evidence-based supports that enhance quality of life and promote meaningful outcomes.
Molly works collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support networks to develop practical strategies that strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, build independence, and support participants to achieve their individual goals. She values transparent partnerships that promote informed consent, choice and control, and capacity building.
Her clinical practice is guided by each participant’s strengths, values, interests, and lived experience, recognising that every person is unique. Molly has experience completing functional behaviour assessments and implementing positive behaviour support strategies tailored to individual needs. She has a particular passion for supporting children and young adults to build skills, reduce behaviours of concern, and increase community participation.
Molly holds a graduate diploma in psychology and is currently completing a master’s degree in psychotherapy. She is committed to ongoing professional development and providing compassionate, holistic support that empowers participants to achieve positive and lasting outcomes.
