Hearth Support Services Opens Geelong Office

I am super excited to announce that Hearth Support Services has opened an office in Geelong and is now able to support Participants in Greater Geelong!

Hearth Support Services has gone through enormous change over the last 5 years since its inception in 2017!

Today Hearth Disability Support Services is a NDIS registered and audited provider with hundreds of Clients and hundreds of Disability Support Workers operating 24/7, 365 days a year throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria

At Hearth we have continued to evolve and learn rapidly to build capability, systems, and processes to be able to sustainably support a wide range of Client/Participant needs, leading to positive outcomes for our participants including some of the most complex Participants in Victoria.

To this end, during 2021 we expanded our support services to create a true client centred interdisciplinary approach to support. The additional services include Hearth Allied Health (Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy) as well as Positive Behaviour Support.

We also expand our geographical footprint in 2021 by opening an office in Bendigo

Hearth has capacity to take on new participants at all levels of support requirements, from community access, personal care, and assistance with daily life, to those with high intensity support needs and behaviour support plans.

As part of the next stage of Hearth Housing our revolutionary approach to Non-Specialist Disability Housing which we launched in 2020 we recently bought our first “Hearth House” in the Melbourne suburb of Croydon. The Participant has recently moved into our Croydon property and is settling in well.

Late last year, while sharing our approach to sustainable support with new Clients/Participants, it became clear that we needed to capture the “Hearth Approach” to sustainable supports so we produced this video to capture all the components which collectively make a big difference for many of our Clients/Participants.

We feel it is time to commence our regional expansion as we have an experienced skilled, enthusiastic local team in place headed up by Nicole Slemenda to deliver our services.

We hope you are as excited about Hearths Regional expansion as we are! If I can be of assistance in anyway, please do not hesitate to contact me or any other member of the Hearth team and we will do our best to assist.

Finally, I would like to thank all in the disability sector for their continuing support. We really value these strong and deep partnerships.
