  • We collaborate with the Client/Participant to build a long-term sustainable support team, nurturing a partnership with the right Support Worker/s who really know the Participants goals, interests, and passions
  • Ensuring the foundations of support are the right human connection.
  • Where the funding permits and the support is reasonable and necessary and where it is no option but for a Support Worker/ formal support, then Hearth roster on a trained Support Worker to be ready to step in and cover in the event of Support Worker illness
  • This approach works well when the Guardians/ Family/ informal supports are not able to assist
