Cassie joined Hearth Allied Health in July 2023.

Cassie is an experienced Speech Pathologist with 20 years’ experience working in public, private and not-for-profit settings in South Australia and Victoria.

After 10 years working as a paediatric Speech Pathologist in the disability sector, Cassie moved into management of Allied Health teams.

Her senior roles have included managing Allied Health services through the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). A key focus has been to ensure that services respond to the changing disability sector environment and demonstrate outcomes for people with disability against their specified NDIS Plan goals and NDIA requirements.

Cassie’s management roles have also included the identification and promotion of innovative service delivery methods that enhance the quality of life of people with disability and respond to challenges with outcome-optimised ideas and solutions.

Cassie is passionate about embracing diversity and supporting everyone to live their best life in the way they choose through person centred, evidence-based supports.
