Hearth Hosts “Support Worker Connect” at Cote Terra Café Oakleigh

At Hearth Support Services, we pride ourselves on being a company that values its employees and understands the importance of a supportive work environment. We believe that our Support Workers are the heart of our organisation and the driving force behind our success. That’s why we’re committed to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive, respectful, and supportive.

We understand that working one-on-one as a disability support worker can be challenging and isolating at times. That’s why we have created Hearth Connects to provide our Support Workers with the opportunity to come together with their Relationship Manager and other Support Workers in the area. This enables our Support Workers to discuss any challenges, network, have some fun and share their experiences with others who understand the role.

Our most recent Support Worker Connect was held at Cote Terra Café in Oakleigh, providing a comfortable and relaxed environment. We believe that creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere is essential for building positive relationships and fostering a sense of community among our team.

At Hearth Support Services, we are committed to supporting our employees in every way possible and providing opportunities for them to connect and network with one another is just one way we do this.
