Hearth Support Services Hosts “Support Worker Connect” at Brunetti Carlton

We recognize that the role of a disability support worker can be challenging and isolating at times. That’s why we’ve created Hearth Connects – a program designed to bring our Support Workers together with their Relationship Manager and other Support Workers in the area. This allows our team members to share their experiences, network, and find support from others who understand their role.
Our most recent Support Worker Connect took place at Brunetti Carlton, a fantastic location known for its great food and coffee. The welcoming and relaxed environment provided the perfect atmosphere for our team members to connect, build positive relationships, and foster a sense of community among our team. Brunetti Carlton’s friendly atmosphere and delicious food and coffee made the event even more enjoyable for everyone who attended.

Hearth Relationship Managers an essential element of the “Hearth Approach”
Our Relationship Managers are experienced professionals who have met our clients and understand their situation. They are always available to provide support and guidance to our Support Workers whenever required. We believe that when our Support Workers feel supported and valued, they can provide the best possible support to our clients and participants.
