At Hearth Support Services, we hold our employees in high regard, and we take pride in our unwavering commitment to valuing and supporting them. Our Support Workers are the heart of our organisation, and they are the driving force behind our success. Therefore, we are dedicated to creating a workplace culture that fosters inclusivity, respect, and support.

We understand that being a disability support worker can be a challenging and isolating role at times. That is why we have created Hearth Connects, an initiative designed to bring our Support Workers together with their Relationship Manager and other Support Workers in the area. Through this program, our team members can share their experiences, network, exchange ideas, and receive support from others who can relate to their role.

Recently, we organised a Support Worker Connect event at the renowned Brunswick Foodstore Cafe. This exquisite café is situated inside a beautiful heritage building and is known for its mouth-watering food and coffee. The inviting and relaxed atmosphere provided the perfect setting for our team members to connect, build positive relationships, and foster a sense of community. Everyone who attended the event thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and delicious food and coffee, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

At Hearth Support Services, we are committed to providing our employees with unwavering support in every way possible. Organising events such as Support Worker Connects is just one of the many ways, we demonstrate our commitment to our team members. We firmly believe in providing opportunities for our employees to connect and network with each other, and we will continue to do so to foster a happy and productive workplace environment.
