Hearth Support Services Team Participate in Melbourne West Ready-Set-Connect Event
The Hearth team had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Melbourne West Ready-Set-Connect event held at Club Italia, Sunshine.
It was an inspiring experience to connect with so many individuals who share our passion for improving the lives of people with disability in the Melbourne West region.
At the event, we had the chance to network with over 40 different groups, including support coordinators, service providers, and allied health professionals.
It was amazing to see the dedication and enthusiasm of everyone involved, and we’re confident that these collaborative efforts will bring positive changes for the people with disability community in the area.
One of the highlights of the event was sharing our “Hearth Approach” to disability support services.
What is the “Hearth Approach”?
We’re thrilled to introduce this approach to the Melbourne West region and to demonstrate the opportunities it can create for people with disability.
Our approach is focused on empowering and supporting people with disability to achieve their goals. We believe that by providing personalised and holistic support, we can make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
