Hearth Support Services Team Participate in Geelong Ready-Set-Connect Event
The Hearth team recently had the pleasure of participating in the Geelong Ready Set Connect event and were thrilled to meet so many lovely and like-minded individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live their best life in the Geelong region.
It was a great day of networking with over 40 different groups of participants, Support Coordinators, Service providers, and allied health providers. We believe that the passion and dedication of everyone involved will bring positive changes for those living with disabilities in the area.
We were really excited about sharing the “Hearth Approach” to disability support services, and the opportunities it can create for those living with disabilities in the Geelong region.
What is the “Hearth Approach”?
Hearth Support Services has several key elements to its innovative approach to disability support work services. This includes the Relationship Manager role, the passion for Support Worker matching of Participants needs and interests and the quality of the central support team including expert compliance.
