Our Relationship Managers provide each participant with a dedicated single point of contact, liaison, communication, and coordination of support workers to enhance services for each participant.
Hearth works diligently on matching participants with support workers who are skilled in supporting participants to work towards achieving their NDIS goals.
What is Ready Set Connect?
“ Melbourne West Ready-Set-Connect Event brings together service providers with Parents/Carers, Support Coordinators, Teachers, and LACS in a fun and interactive speed dating format.
The networking event provides the opportunity for providers to share information about their business and products. And for Parents/Carers, Support Coordinators, Teachers and LACS, the event helps them keep up to date with current services in their local community and exercise their choice and control.”
