At Hearth Support Services, we really care about our employees. We think our Support Workers are amazing, and we couldn’t do what we do without them. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to support and value them.
We know that being a disability support worker can be tough sometimes, so we came up with Hearth Connects. It’s a way for our team members to get together with their Relationship Manager and other Support Workers in the area. We want everyone to feel included, respected, and supported.
Recently, we had a Support Worker Connect event at the Stables Provedore Café Doncaster. It was a great chance for everyone to chat, swap ideas, and get some support from people who really understand their role.
